Notice of Agreement Acceptance

By making any payment (deposit or full), the participant confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions outlined herein.

 

1. Registration & Booking Conditions

All bookings are confirmed only after full payment is received.

A detailed invoice will be provided, including all applicable fees, taxes, and surcharges.

Participants must provide accurate personal information, including a valid passport or ID, email address, and phone number.

Kamand will notify participants of necessary travel documents before booking confirmation.

 

2. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

A deposit or full payment is required upon booking.

Cancellations more than 72 hours before departure may receive a partial refund (minus administrative fees).

Cancellations less than 48 hours before departure are non-refundable.

Changes due to weather or emergencies will be communicated with alternatives.

 

3. Insurance & Medical Conditions

Travel insurance (including cancellation and medical) is mandatory for international tours and recommended for all.

Participants must disclose health issues before travel.

Kamand is not liable for undisclosed health-related incidents.

 

4. Responsibility & Liability

Each participant is responsible for their own safety, belongings, and vehicle (if applicable).

Kamand is not responsible for loss, theft, delays, or external factors.

Participants must follow the guide’s instructions and local laws.

 

5. Behavior During Tours

Respect toward the group, local people, nature, and guide is mandatory.

Smoking and alcohol are only allowed where legally permitted.

Leaving the group or violating rules may result in exclusion without refund.

 

6. Environmental Responsibility

Littering and damage to nature are strictly prohibited.

Kamand promotes sustainable travel and ecological awareness.

Eco-conscious transport and planning will be prioritized.

 

7. Cultural & Digital Conduct

Participants must respect cultures, customs, dress codes, and beliefs.

Photos/videos of people or sacred sites require permission.

Social media posts must respect privacy.

 

8. Group Participation

Each participant is part of a team and must cooperate respectfully.

Repeated disruption may result in removal from the trip.

 

9. Documentation & Waivers

Receipts and full details of services will be provided.

Consent forms may be required for activities like off-roading, hiking, or boating.

 

10. Privacy & Media Usage

Personal information is securely stored and used for tour purposes only.

Photos/videos may be used for Kamand’s promotional use unless the participant opts out in writing.

 

11. Emergencies & Safety

Emergency contacts and instructions will be shared at the beginning of the tour.

Report any injuries, separation, or incidents to the guide immediately.

 

12. Special Tour Types

Adventure/off-road tours require well-maintained vehicles and pre-tour briefing.

Family tours require guardian supervision.

Luxury tours may include separate terms.

 

13. Governing Law

All services and agreements are governed by the laws of Ontario and the regulations of the Travel Industry Council of Ontario (TICO).

شرط پذیرش قوانین

با انجام هرگونه پرداخت (بیعانه یا پرداخت کامل)، شرکت‌کننده تأیید می‌نماید که تمامی شرایط و مقررات حاضر را مطالعه کرده، درک نموده و با آن‌ها موافقت دارد.

 

۱. ثبت‌نام و شرایط رزرو

ثبت‌نام تنها پس از پرداخت کامل تأیید می‌گردد.

فاکتور رسمی شامل جزئیات کلیه هزینه‌ها، مالیات‌ها و خدمات صادر می‌شود.

ارائه اطلاعات صحیح شامل پاسپورت معتبر یا کارت شناسایی، ایمیل و شماره تماس الزامی است.

کمند توریسم اطلاعات لازم درباره مدارک مورد نیاز از جمله اعتبار پاسپورت، ویزا یا واکسن را اعلام خواهد کرد.

 

۲. پرداخت، کنسلی و بازپرداخت

بیعانه یا پرداخت کامل بر اساس نوع تور در زمان ثبت‌نام الزامی است.

انصراف تا ۷۲ ساعت پیش از سفر، مشمول بازپرداخت جزئی با کسر هزینه‌های اداری است.

انصراف کمتر از ۴۸ ساعت به حرکت، غیرقابل استرداد است.

در صورت تغییر برنامه به دلیل شرایط اضطراری یا جوی، برنامه جایگزین اطلاع‌رسانی خواهد شد.

 

۳. بیمه سفر و شرایط پزشکی

داشتن بیمه سفر برای تورهای بین‌المللی الزامی و برای سایر تورها توصیه می‌شود.

شرکت‌کننده باید بیماری یا شرایط پزشکی خاص را پیش از سفر اعلام کند.

کمند توریسم مسئولیتی در قبال مشکلات ناشی از عدم اعلام بیماری ندارد.

 

۴. مسئولیت و سلب مسئولیت

مسئولیت ایمنی شخصی، وسایل و وسیله نقلیه بر عهده شرکت‌کننده است.

کمند توریسم در قبال خسارات، سرقت، تاخیر یا عوامل خارج از کنترل مسئول نیست.

پیروی از راهنما و رعایت قوانین محلی الزامی است.

 

۵. رفتار در طول سفر

احترام به گروه، مردم محلی، طبیعت و راهنما الزامی است.

استعمال دخانیات و نوشیدنی تنها در مکان‌های مجاز طبق قانون مجاز است.

ترک گروه یا بی‌احترامی به قوانین می‌تواند باعث حذف از تور بدون بازپرداخت شود.

 

۶. مسئولیت زیست‌محیطی

ریختن زباله یا آسیب به طبیعت ممنوع است.

کمند به سفر پایدار و آگاهی زیستی پایبند است.

برنامه‌ریزی سفرها با توجه به حفظ محیط‌زیست انجام خواهد شد.

 

۷. احترام فرهنگی و رفتار دیجیتال

رعایت فرهنگ، پوشش، رسوم و عقاید جوامع میزبان الزامی است.

عکاسی از افراد یا اماکن مذهبی تنها با رضایت آن‌ها مجاز است.

انتشار تصاویر در شبکه‌های اجتماعی باید با رعایت حریم خصوصی باشد.

 

۸. همکاری گروهی

هر شرکت‌کننده بخشی از تیم است و باید با احترام همکاری کند.

رفتار اختلال‌آمیز ممکن است منجر به حذف از برنامه شود.

 

۹. اسناد و رضایت‌نامه‌ها

رسید رسمی با جزئیات کامل خدمات ارائه خواهد شد.

برای فعالیت‌هایی نظیر آفرود، کوهنوردی یا قایق‌سواری، فرم رضایت‌نامه امضا خواهد شد.

 

۱۰. حریم خصوصی و استفاده از تصاویر

اطلاعات شخصی فقط برای امور مرتبط با تور نگهداری می‌شود.

تصاویر ممکن است در تبلیغات کمند استفاده شوند مگر اینکه شرکت‌کننده کتبی مخالفت نماید.

 

۱۱. شرایط اضطراری و ایمنی

شماره‌های اضطراری و دستورالعمل‌ها در آغاز سفر اعلام می‌شوند.

هرگونه آسیب، جدا شدن از گروه یا اتفاق باید فوراً به راهنما اعلام شود.

 

۱۲. شرایط خاص برخی تورها

تورهای آفرود نیاز به خودروی آماده و جلسه توجیهی دارند.

تورهای خانوادگی نیاز به حضور سرپرست دارند.

تورهای لوکس دارای شرایط ویژه‌ای هستند.

 

۱۳. قوانین حاکم

تمامی خدمات و توافق‌نامه‌ها تابع قوانین استان انتاریو و مقررات شورای صنعت گردشگری انتاریو (TICO) هستند
